Esteban Martinez
President / Owner
Born in Mexico City, Esteban brings a unique vibrancy and creativity to his projects. He takes pride in having a family owned and operated business, and works closely alongside his father. With a background in the custom cabinetry business, Esteban has continued to learn all aspects of custom building. His meticulous attention to detail ensures that nothing will be overlooked. All of these skills make him exceptional at overseeing all phases of design and construction. Everything streamlined from top to bottom. Client’s one on one communication with him helps them feel like they are a part of their vision coming to life. You will not meet a team in Dallas that works harder or more efficiently than the EMH Team.
In his free time, Esteban enjoys spending time with his wife, Ramie, and their son, Santiago. They love traveling, helping with his family’s non-profit Ya Basta, and playing music.
Jake Pieper
VP & Operations Manager
Jake is a Husband, Father, Engineer, and Musician from Glen Rose, Texas. After earning his degree in Engineering from Texas A&M University, Jake worked in Commercial/Industrial construction for 6 years, on projects ranging from $5M-110M.
Seeking more balance for his family and flexibility for music opportunities, Jake joined the EMH team in Summer 2023 and now directions internal Systems and Operations.
Hugo Martinez
Senior Project Manager & Quality Control
Prior to his time at EM Homes, Hugo practiced law in Mexico City before moving his family to Dallas where he was a professor at a Bible school for 20+ years. His years of leadership experience have been pivotal to the foundation of EMH’s growth. His ability to guide a team efficiently from project to project has built some of the hardest workers who are just like family. Hugo’s eye for detail and perfection brings a new level of craft to each project.
In his free time, Hugo and his wife, Tati, run a non-profit called Ya Basta, all throughout Central and South America. He and his wife also just welcomed their second grandchild this past year!
Angela Pieper
Team Architect
Angela is an architect, wife, and mother of two little boys. She received her degree in Environmental Design at Texas A&M and has worked for over 6 years in commercial architecture, receiving her architectural license in 2022.
She enjoys the personal side of residential architecture working on the EMH team. In her free time, she loves to oil paint and be outside.
Andres Sánchez
Head of Paint
Andres was born in Bogota, Colombia, and has been serving as the Head of Head of Paint / Operations Coordinator since 2021. He is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of paint stages on various projects. His primary focus is on creating a sense of ownership and responsibility among his team members, coaching them to excel in their respective roles, and expecting top-notch results from each individual.
With six years of experience and knowledge of all stages of residential construction, his craftsmanship is nothing short of highest quality on EM Homes.
Andres and his wife, Samantha, moved to Dallas in 2016. He enjoys spending time with his golden retriever and their new baby.
